To get your body warm & loosen up for an awesome training session. Dear PT & online students, take note & incorporate these in your warm ups

Here’s what you do:
1. Squat to Stand 1x10
2. Bent Over Shoulder Flexion 1x10
3. Single Leg RDL Reach 1x5 es
4. Half Kneeling T-Spine Rotation 1x5 es
___
I typically don’t like warm up to be very long & draggy, so get in the necessary 3D movement (frontal, sagittal & transverse plane) for your body & BOOM you’re ready!
