Here’s what you do:
1. Squat to Stand 1x10
2. Bent Over Shoulder Flexion 1x10
3. Single Leg RDL Reach 1x5 es
4. Half Kneeling T-Spine Rotation 1x5 es

I typically don’t like warm up to be very long & draggy, so get in the necessary 3D movement (frontal, sagittal & transverse plane) for your body & BOOM you’re ready!
